I just bought a blender and had to test it.
1. Boil a sweet potato, some parsnips and a small potato. 2. When done, drain some of the water. 3. Add fresh ginger. 4. Purée the vegetables. 5. When puréed, add maple syrup till your taste buds are happy (about a tablespoon). 6. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and cream. 7. Heat thoroughly and serve with plain yogurt or sour cream. 8.
