Chipotle Yam Fries

1. Cut a couple yams or sweet potatoes in strips.
2. Throw on some olive oil (or coconut butter), salt, and chipotle peppers. (Be careful of the spice factor.)
3. Mix well.
4. Heat a cast iron pan over a wood burning fire and add the potatoes.
5. When they are finished cooking – eat!
