You can make a salad out of just about anything. Start with greens and add some color.
Here’s one with roasted cashews, sautéed green beans, sliced mango, and fresh greens (top). The best dressing on just about any salad is olive oil, fresh lime juice, grated lime rind, sea salt and some maple syrup!
